Extremely unprofessional and rude staff over the phone and in person. They canceled my first appointment just hours before I was supposed to arrive. At my rescheduled appointment, I waited over an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room, and then 25 additional minutes in the back waiting to see the doctor. I had to leave without being seen and won’t be coming back.
Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in the healthcare system. Caveat: I had pretty limited interaction with the actual surgeon. Actually, I had very limited interaction with ANYONE in this office. They completely ghosted me AFTER they canceled my surgery day-of, while I had already been at the hospital for multiple hours. I can't put the entire timeline here due to Google Reviews' character limits, but I urge everyone reading this to look through the in-depth review I left in the attached images.

Decent doctor once you get a hold of he or his staff, the most challenging part. He speaks fluent Spanish which was great for my aunt. ProTip: The doctor has systems to deal with all his patients’ surgeries. For example, the Dr. G prefers to use full anesthesia for all his patient surgeries. The trouble is that full anesthesia is high risk for elderly patients, including potentially accelerating onset of dementia. Dr. Giannotti saved my life. If he didn’t go the extra step, who knows what would have happened to me. I recommend this doctor to everyone. Had two separate surgeries and amazing outcome.
