Dr. Giannotti saved my life. If he didn’t go the extra step, who knows what would have happened to me. I recommend this doctor to everyone. Had two separate surgeries and amazing outcome.
Office has terrible service,. This office lacks professionalism, they don’t return calls or fill out simple forms as requested or promised,. As for the Doctor, very professional and explained surgery to the point, sadly I am still recovering from my triple hernia surgery as it did not go as planned and now waiting to go under surgical procedure once again., DOWNFALL, can’t get through to his office since day one,. Very terrible service
Decent doctor once you get a hold of he or his staff, the most challenging part. He speaks fluent Spanish which was great for my aunt. ProTip: The doctor has systems deal with all his patients. For example, the Dr. G prefers to use full anesthesia for all his patient surgeries. The trouble is that full anesthesia is high risk for Elderly patients, including potentially accelerating onset of dementia. Dr Giannotti is amazing, his front desk staff could be a little kinder but we're not going to talk about them. He does amazing work and my three different surgery occasions everything went well healed as planned and left almost no visible scars. He is a super busy doctor but I am always able to come in and see him when it's needed. I have been seen by Alicia and she is great as well. Great Job you two.
Couldn’t even get in touch with the office (because of the network scheduling system) to schedule a follow up appointment after surgery. Was given a follow up call personally by Dr. Giannotti and was able to secure an appointment. Thank you for all you do!
