Mature front desk receptionist was amaizing. Managed after extensive surgery to find the root of the issue while another periodontist in Victoria suggested an expensive treatment for the wrong diagnosis and tooth. I wasn't happy about losing a tooth 😭🤣, however it healed properly. I was accomodated on my limited availability. Fun personality too.

Kind & Compassionate! Isn’t that what you always want to hear when going for any kind of dental work?! Dr. Petricca & ALL of his (lovely) staff are so personable & caring. He explains your procedure and stops if you have ANY concerns to ask if you are okay before proceeding. (Only because I mentioned to him that I had a bit of a dental work phobia going back to when I was very young) Professional & knowledgeable Dr. Giorgio Petricca I recommend without hesitation.
Normally I'm terrified of dental work. But this was one of my most painless experiences. Very professional and good at their jobs.
Everybody in this clinic is so nice and it really helped me to take my anxiety away.
