while I enjoyed meeting Dr Castaneda, he and staff and the system of Orlando health was a truly horrible experience. I needed varicose vein treatment, and after several office visits and ultrasound diagnostic visits, it was determined that I needed ablation treatment for both legs. These outpatient visits were scheduled for both legs and shortly before surgery I was called by the estimator to let me know that the cost would be $11,000.00 per leg. I am self-pay.
