I have been with Dr Kwak for 20 years. She is wonderful! My whole family goes to her. She is kind and caring, explains every detail, and so professional. She is the best Gastro Doctor there is. She personally calls you after a procedure and even after an office visit to follow up and ask how you are feeling. Her staff is also excellent and very friendly.

Dr. Kwak has an amazing bedside manner, is knowledgeable and caring. Office is efficient, clean and responsive. Follow up was timely and personal, the staff that saw you, called to see how you were the following day and reviewed any care notes that you were given on discharge. Well run!!!
Made an appointment for a first time colonoscopy. I was very apprehensive. Dr Kwak was wonderful. She explained the preparation and procedure clearly. The staff is kind and attentive. The day of procedure went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend Dr Kwak.
More formed endoscopy and colonoscopy. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She listens and then answers all questions.
