I am an autistic adult and reached out to this office after not having any health care for more than 3 years. The receptionist was short and snippy from the very first call and it didn't improve from there. My psychologist left a message for the office to help things go smoothly and they promptly ignored her. The answering machine has the message we are 'experiencing a high call volume' permanently. It's just an excuse to not answer the phone. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Dr. Salcedo is conscientious and considerate. She has an excellent bedside manner and has worked with me to achieve my personal health goals. Our family is very grateful to have found such an outstanding primary care physician.
Dr. Salcedo is knowledgeable and shows she cares by taking the time to listen always taking my concerns (for example side effects of medicines, or possible dependency) into consideration. She always gave me choices and recommendations no other doctor has given me before!!
Dr Salcedo is so knowledgeable and caring. 100% recommend.
Her referral dept and receptionist never leaves notes for the doctor for her to get anything done. It's always placing blame on the patient for her office ,which lacks coordination with the doctor so when she sees me she acts like it's me that's the stupid One.
