Dr. Chandler was so arrogant and condescending towards me. She actually physically and verbally abused me. She spoke to me as if I were her child. She attempted to take my BP on my rt bad arm. I told her no. She held my arm tightly and went against my wish and took BP in damaged arm. I think she may be going through burnout or having personal problems but the office is not the place for personal problems. Her attitude stinks! She's abused the right patient! I am very disappointed with the care my grandma received from Dr. Chandler. She was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. After diagnosing my grandma with a serious health condition, she refused to explain what it was and told her to google it. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. No patient should ever be treated that way. I would not recommend Dr. Chandler to anyone seeking quality medical care.
Extremely unprofessional experience with Dr. Chandler. She showed little respect and concern for my situation. It was clear she was not interested in helping me and her behavior was extremely unacceptable for someone in healthcare, let alone a DOCTOR! I would STRONGLY advise you to look elsewhere.
I am completely appalled at what this lady did to my mom! My mom got horrible news about a heart condition and when my mom asked what it was this "Doctor" literally told her to Google it. You heard me correct. She literally told my mother to Google it. Absolutely extremely unprofessional and lazy, this lady! I would advise anyone who would like information along with well treatment to not go to this horrible human being of the doctor!
She should be your first choice.
