On hold for 20 minutes and I am just trying to make an appointment. The girl put me on hold and didn’t even tell me she was going to put me on hold. She was also not very helpful. Why? Has customer service gone downhill that much?
I was extremely fortunate to get an appointment to see Dr. Delgiudice. She quickly diagnosed my immune system issues, brought the intense onslaught of pain to a halt, and is helping me get through this post-pandemic life. I am immensely thankful for the wonderful staff and top-shelf care. Having them on my medical team helps me do what I need to do, every day.
After waiting three months to see Dr. Delgiudice, she waited until today, the day after the superbowl, the day of the appointment, to have the office let us know that she would not be in the office today and that my wife’s appointment, which took three months to make was now canceled. They then proceeded to let her know that The next appointment will not be available until May. THREE MONTHS FROM TODAY! This dr. is unprofessional and not mindful of the suffering of her patients.
