I’ve never once been seen on time at this place. Had my appointment moved 2 and a half hours down even though I’d arrived on time, and got charged a no show fee. Extremely disappointed at the utter disrespect for clients time. It should not be normal to expect a 2-5 hour delay on your doctor’s appointment. Do better or stop overbooking until you’re able to stay on time. People have lives, please respect our time if you expect us to respect yours.
