Due to Dr. Haugen being busy, I was referred to her colleague Dr. Bretterton. It was not only the quickest Dr. appointment I have ever had ( probably spent 4.5 minutes with me total ), but she was cold and indifferent. I would never make another appointment with her again. After reading other reviews, I am just hoping her diagnosis was accurate. However, her nurse was great!

I have found Dr. Betterton to be knowledgable, caring, straightforward and easy to work with.
I should have known by all the horrible reviews what to expect, but I wanted to give her the benefit of a doubt. I can forgive her rushing through the appointment (doctors are busy and I respect that), and I have no problem with doctors being straightforward and to the point... I have now had two appointments with Dr. Betterton. First was a routine pap where I was I definitely rushed out of there. It wasn't a big deal and I chalked it up to her being pressed for time or under pressure. My second appointment with her was the absolute worst interaction I have EVER had with a medical provider. Before she even came in I could hear her yelling at her staff about me, how I shouldn't be there because I recently had surgery.
