Absolutely rude! Called to book an appointment the hispanic woman who answered the phone was completely rude and when I calmly told her she sounded hostile and should answer the phone in a more pleasant way she hing up the phone. Wouldn’t want to give anyone my business with these type of ppl answering the phone. Disgusting behavior
8 months after surgery and still dealing with an over payment. At this point I feel like their billing dept is dodging my calls.
Waited a week in pain for surgery, only to be rescheduled by text the day before. When I called, the manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero empathy. I had already taken time off and was treated like I was the inconvenience. Canceled my appointment and would not recommend this office.
Thank you for taking care of my wisdom teeth! Staff was prompt and facility was clean. Also, thank you for NOT blowing my veins with the IV, since just a month ago I was pricked 9 times at a hospital trying to get an IV in me so getting it in the first time was a relief. Will recommend!
