I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and also 2 roots. and everything went good.. so I thought. I’m not sure what happened while taking out a root at the bottom but my gum and cheek were significantly cut up in the process which prolong my healing. ALSO, I WAS OVER CHARGED! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES, NO ONE HAS AN ANSWER IN REGARD TO MY REFUND! THEY HAVE ALSO IGNORED MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH IN TURN MADE THEM FILE A COMPLAINT ON MY BEHALF.
The CFO/Practice Manager, Roberta Giana Hotnog Houston, will not readily reimburse you if you overpay and you will overpay if you go to this practice--look at all the reviews of people fighting for their money. It took me more than 5 months of hounding them; I left voicemails, my insurance called them twice, I showed up in person, etc. The thing that finally got me my refund? I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I ended up waiting an extra hour, but I honestly didn’t mind at all. I’d much rather my dentist take the time to do the procedure carefully than rush through it. The extraction itself was excellent. Quick and courteous with my wife's procedure.
Came here today for 3 teeth to be extracted. First off there were wayyy too many patients in there at the same time and the waiting room was full. My appointment was at 12:00 didn’t get called back until after 1pm. The doctor was rough with the numbing needles like didn’t give me a heads up they just stabbed with the numbing needles. Then i thought were going to put me to sleep nope they gave me medicine but I wasn’t sleep and I could feel them pulling the teeth they didn’t talk me through or nothing.
