Came here today for 3 teeth to be extracted. First off there were wayyy too many patients in there at the same time and the waiting room was full. My appointment was at 12:00 didn’t get called back until after 1pm. The doctor was rough with the numbing needles like didn’t give me a heads up they just stabbed with the numbing needles. If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that one. They are very Rude and very unprofessional here. Called to talk to some one about a consultation, the Dr. Him self hung up in my face. I called back this morning, they wanted to place me on a 9 minutes hold just to cancel an appointment. I hung up,called back spoke with the lady who answered the phone, told her I was recording this call just as they were. Was able to get the appointment canceled with in 2-3 minutes. Absolutely rude! Called to book an appointment the hispanic woman who answered the phone was completely rude and when I calmly told her she sounded hostile and should answer the phone in a more pleasant way she hing up the phone. Wouldn’t want to give anyone my business with these type of ppl answering the phone. Disgusting behavior

8 months after surgery and still dealing with an over payment. At this point I feel like their billing dept is dodging my calls.
