I've been going to Dr. Carrillo for several years now - he is very knowledgeable, capable and explains things quite well. He's been great for me. Regarding the other rating of a 1 due to his business practices - unfortunately in the US these days, there are some very poor insurance companies. Every doctor you go to today requires payment authorization up front. He's no different than other doctors, they don't accept all companies.
