I called to establish care with Dr. Gilberto Sustache as a new primary care physician, only to be met with a aggressive sales pitch for a mandatory $2,600 annual fee (including a $600 upfront demand) for a "special blood panel" they claim is worth $20,000. Dr. Sustache is an amazing physician. I feel like he parters with me to become my best self. He is responsive and caring. Getting in to see him when necessary is the easiest and most convenient that I have ever experienced. This practice has been the best for our family we have ever experienced.
