Very unprofessional. Last visit the Dr. And receptionist had altercation and argued intensely. Literally sit in a desk to be evaluated not a medical table. Does not accept insurance yet wants insurance information. Does not even give receipts automatically. Patient must ask. Receipt is handwritten and doesn't detail service provided.
