I gave this doctor five stars because him and his staff were extremely accommodating and also extremely kind. I’m visiting from the states and I was referred after being seen in the emergency room two times for an ear infection and a perforated eardrum. They were kind enough to squeeze me in. The front staff was extremely kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and extremely kind also. Dr. Luigi was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Even though I was the last patient of the evening he still took his time and didn’t rush. He listened to my concerns and answered me thoroughly. I appreciate that there is a good ENT in the area.
