The experience is amazing. The staff handle everything really well and treats everyone well. the doctor is amazing as well and explains the procedure beforehand!
Communication here is lacking. No bedside manners: they don't introduce themselves, they don't let you know what they're doing. They flip papers and point to lines for you to sign. The anesthesiologists was the only person to actually hold any type of conversation. I came for a 10:20am procedure. Got my blood pressure taken an was told to put all my belongings in a bag.
