You just lost a patient. The front desk who answers the phone are rude and unprofessional. You need to fire every single person who works at that front desk. I've been on hold for 20 minutes. There is no reason why it should take 20+ minutes to make an appointment. Not good, Dr. Shah. Dr. Shah obviously doesn't care because her front desk has been like this for years and just keeps getting worse over time. I will have to look for another doctor. This is unacceptable.
During the last 6 months I have tried to contact Dr. SHAH to get an appointment for my Mother who has Black Stools and that's a red flag but I can only leave a message and no one responds to the request. Mr. Dax Adams
The staff in the office need training and the office Manager needs training aldo. Dr shah is great but her staff needs training. If you notice its a high turn over of staff.
This doctors office is absolutely RIDICULOUS, absolutely money hungry and cares more about their patients ability to pay rather then their actual health! I was told I was unable to schedule any appointment whether a sick or annual visit due to me having a balance on my account of $23, which is absolutely disgusting to deny someone healthcare over an amount so small. Outstanding physican. She is great. I would highly reccommend this doctor to my family and friends. She sent me to a great Cardiologist and helped me with all my chest pain and breathing issues.
