I went in for a simple physical and had a couple questions regarding health issues. Dr. Shaikh said she didn't know what the causes were and told me that I was healthy. She made me feel as if I was wasting her time and wrapped things up in under 10 minutes. On top of that, the office billed the appointment with the wrong code and I had to appeal the claim with my insurance. Truly an awful experience.
Follow up has become necessary to make contact with Rachel a couple times since I made my last follow up review. The experience has been a lot more professional as well as pleasant.
