The office staff never returns phone calls and when you try calling back you’re placed on hold for eternity! For a profession such as this one would think they’d hire more competent office staff!
Dr. Tooma a did my knee replacements and now I will NEVER walk again.
Dr. Tooma is an expert! His Physical Therapist & Physicians Assistant are experts! The Medical Assistants?! 2022. They use the "We're in Clinicals" excuse. Treating phones like it's a nusciensce. Not answering or returning calls. PA apologized. 2023. I went to get records transferred to Temecula. The office manager retired. New staff. It seems customer service is improving. That's a Win/Win for Dr. Tooma.
