I dont know if he is having a midlife crisis or what but my mother has been seeing him for a while now and within the last 6 months he's become rude and very unprofessional. He has called her and yelled at her on the phone because she couldn't come in that same day. I was working and Medicaid has a 3 day notice! So he has dismissed her, a 70yr old women in a wheelchair because she couldnt find transportation to get to his office that same day. No scheduled appointment, no 24hr notification, just a phone call at 9am demanding... read more
Updated February 2020: Dr. Richardson has no bedside manner and basically accused me of selling my medicines. Arrogant and lacks any type of common decency. After 3 years of being his patient and he raises his voice at me and speaks to a patient like he did.... 😡🤬 Dr. Richardson is one of the best Doctors I have seen in awhile. He takes his time while he is in with you. Answers all questions and concerns. Making sure to go over all options available. Plus his staff is extremely friendly and they make you feel at home.
