I just returned from my new patient appointment with Dr Richardson. I have rarely experienced the care, compassion, patience and time that this doctor showed me today. From the registration process to the medical assistant to seeing the doctor… I felt valued as a patient. May God bless this wonderful team for what they do!!

I dont know if he is having a midlife crisis or what but my mother has been seeing him for a while now and within the last 6 months he's become rude and very unprofessional. He has called her and yelled at her on the phone because she couldn't come in that same day. I was working and Medicaid has a 3 day notice! So he has dismissed her, a 70yr old women in a wheelchair because she couldnt find transportation to get to his office that same day. No scheduled appointment, no 24hr notification, just a phone call at 9am demanding... read more
