I had an extremely upsetting experience during a recent gum graft procedure with Dr. Farzan GhannadI understand that procedures can become stressful, and I fully acknowledge that I became emotional during surgery. However, I was shocked by the complete lack of compassion and professionalism I experienced while in a highly vulnerable state. Although I wasn't Dr. Ghannad's patient, his outstanding kindness and support were invaluable. He connected me with a specialist for my son's issue and showed genuine compassion. Dr. Ghannad's willingness to help, despite not being directly involved, speaks volumes about his character. Such dedication is truly rare and deeply appreciated.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office. I arrived an hour and a half early for my appointment, hoping that it would at least start on time. Despite my punctuality, I was not informed of any delays. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was finally told that I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes to see the doctor. I had a surgery on my tooth tissues implant area lower level and after two weeks of surgery feel nerve pain and do not know when it goes away. I got another appointment to see what is going on. Hope they can distinguish the problem
