RecommendedDr. Aylward is an amazing orthodontist and really cares about his patients. Hadn't seen him in years and he remembered me, which was awesome, shows what kind of person he truly is. highly recommend
I’ve never had a better customer service experience at a doctor office. From the office staff to the doctor everyone was just great!! And during COVID at that! They were kind, caring and patient while I attempted to figure out my insurance information. I also arrived almost 30min early as I had the appointment time wrong and they got me in right away. My bottom retainer had come out after 17yrs of having it in and they helped me as if he had been my original ortho! Highly recommend! 🌟🌟

This is my second time with ortho treatment: once as a teen, once as adult. Dr Aylward, Jess, and Megan are amazing. Dr A is passionate about the art and practice of orthodontia and it shows in everything he and his team do. I travel from West Loop to use *this* practice and this team. They’re that good. Can’t recommend strongly enough.
Great place! I highly recommend them, my son is almost done with his braces and his teeth are looking great. Everyone here is super nice!
Oh my goodness I can Not say enough great things about Dr. Aylward and his entire staff. They are seriously so kind and friendly they make going to all my daughter’s ortho appointments a pleasure! Not to mention I truly believe he is the Best smartest doctor I know. His placement of my daughter’s braces was just beautiful and I had never seen braces placed up so high, you can barely notice them when she smiles. We are the happiest of customers and so grateful to have Dr. A in our backyard!! Just meet him, you will be hooked!

We just started treatment this year but so far it has been a wonderful experience! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. And on time!! Love the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff. Plus there are fun Irish treats there today ☘️
