Dr Geszler herself seemed very knowledgeable and offered a great deal of information. However that is about the only positive remarks I can make about my experience with Dr Geszler and the staff at Breezewood. Each of the three times I've visited I waited at least 30 minutes only to then feel very rushed through my visit. They do not do any pre appointment reminders or any follow up after the fact (not even offered to schedule my next appointment, I had to ask). the hormones I got for my thyroid made me very sick and when I called they told me to come back in 8 weeks for a blood test. I spent 2 months being bedridden with extreme weakness and having trouble to walk across the room.
I have read the comments on the staff and I did not have a problem with them. They were all wonderful. I actually live out of state and tried a few doctors in my area to have my hormonal issues straightend out. They cannot seem to get them adjusted.When I lived in NC Dr. Geszler was the only one who helped me get them in balance! I will be making the two hour drive whenever needed to see her.
Gerianne Geszler, is a wonderful doctor. Any problem that you are having,she will do extensive research to find out what the problem is. She has been my doctor for almost 8 years, and is absolutely WONDERFUL! Dr. Geszler is a great doctor, that strives to please and satisfy her clients. The doctor herself seemed okay - I would go back to her. BUT, her staff (nurses, receptionists, etc.) was very condescending and disrespectful on all occassions; therefore, I feel it very necessary to switch physicians. I don't recommend this office at all.
I have had excellent care by Dr. Geszler. Since I have started to see her I feel better then I have in 20 years. She practices anti-aging medicine and natural hormone therapy.She is not your tradition doctor. Thank goodness I found her. My husband also sees her and feels the same way I do. She will try to find the cause of your symptom and doesn't do the Band-Aid approach.
I felt rushed and I got a got a gigantic lab bill for what seems to have been useless labs
