This location is not wheelchair assessible as the door is on an a sloped hill and trying to pull a adult man backward uphill while opening the door is extremely difficult especially during rainy weather. Also the lab folks are completely unhelpful with completing lab work as they dont have the necessary equipment to complete the doctors request after having the patient drive downtown thus expecting the patient to find another location to go on their own without any appointment.
Staff is rude and not caring and just plain mean! Staff does not give patient correct information to get testing done. I like the doctor but not with that staff.! I’ve been in medicine myself for over 30 years and it’s deplorable!
