My experience with Dr. Jean baptiste was extremely unprofessional. When I called the office with a concern, instead of addressing my question, Dr. Jean baptiste hung up on me mid-conversation in a very rude manner. I was shocked by the lack of respect and courtesy. A doctor should show care, patience, and professionalism toward their patients, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
