Dr Duell is incredible. I have been a patient of hers for close to 20 years now. Dr Duell is patient, genuine, and kind. She remembers the little details that we discuss which tells me that she really pays attention. Her wait times might be some of the best in Cincinnati, too, which is very important with my hectic schedule. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Duell. If you are lucky enough to get in to see her, you will not be disappointed.
She is very attentive to her patients needs. The staff members are friendly and make the office visit quick and easy check in.
I have been seeing Dr. Duell since she was at her old location on Cheviot Road in 2009. She is a phenomenal primary care physician who is always empathetic and truly listens to what you have to say. There have been appointments where I bring up multiple issues and she takes the time to listen and address each one. In cases of needing doctor's notes or asking for referrals, she is always receptive and helpful.
