Never answer the phone. Super unprofessional. They have no idea how to run an establishment effectively. They are super unorganized and need a more competent staff.
Saavedra is a Good Doctor. His office needs an office manager so things can run smoothly for the office and the patients. Return calls and train employees of the office with a daily routine placing patients response time from the office no later than 24 hours. There should also be a script so everyone is capable of being on the same page.
