Dr. Saavedra is a great doctor! This is a small practice that does their best to answer all calls and messages and care for patients. The staff manages patients on the phone, in the office and those that have been hospitalized at the same time. I have seen it become very hectic but they do their best with the resources they have.
The receptionists are not very professional. Your time is not respected, I had an appointment For 3:30 got there at 2:46 checked in at 3:00 and left at 4:15 without seeing the doctor because he had emergencies that had priority. They ask you get there 15 minutes before your appointment, for what? He’ll never see me again. awful way to run a doctors office in 2025 by the way it’s dingy rugs are dirty and the place needs an update. Stuck in the 70s.
My 11 yr old son has a very complex case and Dr. Saavarda is very kind and knowledgeable. I’m grateful that my professor recommended him for my son. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns and most importantly communicate directly with my son. The office is a bit run down but definitely worth the treatment from this doctor. The appointment was easy scheduling and the wait time was appropriate for considering my son was a new patient. Mucho gracias Dr. Saavarda!
