Dr Ho& Chan are very nice ,patient , kindly doctors. 2025 Thanksgiving that day, I stayed in Hospital due to very high heart rate, the doctor in hospital contacted him, he responded right back and sent me message. Always respond asap when I have health problems.

My review is about the back office lady only. I am satisfied with doctors and other staff. The lady called me 1 day before my appointment and said she will cancel it because my medical group was changed. To my concern that my medical group wasn’t changed for sure and could she check 1 more time, she answered that she should not talk to me too long and she can only give me that information and cancel my appointment, the rest I should do with my PCP. The clinic is in the Galleria Monterey building, floor 3. Dr. Ho has been my rheumatologist for +2 years and my RA went to remission for almost a year under his treatment. Whenever my medication is difficult on my body, the doctor listens and adjusts the medication. My past rheumatologist did not bother with this. It’s best to show up and ask the staff for questions/ requests. Leaving messages or calls through their phone line is ineffective.
