I dont like the drive, but dr ho and Freddy chan have been great. I have been to so many rheumatologist and never got any followup. dr ho have figured out the issues and has me in a good regime. my only issues have been the back office for not returning calls, but on their behalf they are very busy doing treatments and I know if I talk to the front desk they get my issues taken care of. Back office made a mishap/mistake with insurance and never followed up with us. If they did they would have instantly found a solution as there was no issues with our insurance. We’ve been waiting to see a specialist for weeks now and this delayed everything
I have been a patient for more than 10 and Dr Ho is very attentive I have a rare bone condition and couldn’t find a Dr who had herd of it DR ho knew right away what is is he is highly skilled professional and And has an amazing staff
