This review is for my mother. She was treated unfairly by the front desk and MAs. She waited for 2 hours and eventually left without treatment. After reading through reviews here it sounds like a recurring theme of terrible medical assistants and receptionists. Why they haven't been fired is a mystery. This office needs better staff.
Writing this review on behalf of my mom: She has been going to Dr. Freddy Chan for a couple years and she is more than happy with the care she has been given for her RA. He actively listens and assists her with getting the care that she needs. Her RA does not affect her as much as it did before after seeing Dr. Chan!
Evil staff! Run!!! Horrible experience. All they care is about getting your copay CASH A.S.AP. and literally do nothing to heal you. Don't waste your time! It's a fraud in there!
