My review is about the back office lady only. I am satisfied with doctors and other staff. The lady called me 1 day before my appointment and said she will cancel it because my medical group was changed. To my concern that my medical group wasn’t changed for sure and could she check 1 more time, she answered that she should not talk to me too long and she can only give me that information and cancel my appointment, the rest I should do with my PCP.
