Medical Records stall named Guen was very rude , very disrespectful and confrontational to patients, seemed she does not like her job. . She is a complete disgrace and creates a very bad impression to this company and bad experience to patients . She should not be given the opportunity to have this job .She is a disaster .

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service here! They absolutely will ignore you to the max when trying to book an appointment! Even after leaving them many voicemails stating that it is emergent. They will purposely call you back right before they shut off the phone lines, so that when you return the call literally 1 minute later, the phone lines are out for the day! This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to book a damn appointment. They need new staff at the front desk.

Finally a real doctor with ethics and wisdom. His primary duty is Patient care! good or bad he will be upfront and honest and goes above and beyond most other doctors I have seen. His staff is also highly efficient and professional. They are all supper nice and that is refreshing concidering the patients he see have disabilities that are sad to see. I am lucky to have him as my doctor. You will be also. With much respect, Pete
