We’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Gerald Valme and their team for quite some time now, and we couldn’t be more impressed. As a pharmacy, it’s crucial for us to collaborate with healthcare providers who are responsive, professional, and dedicated to patient care. This office consistently exceeds expectations in every way.
I have attended this Dr. Office for over a decade and they have incorrectly billed me more than once, despite calling the office directly amd conforming the correct information. This has also routinely happens with prescription refills which take only a few minutes to send.
I don't see why you have an appointment system, I have an appointment at 9 am and it will be 12 pm, you never told me anything. In the century we are there, we cannot function with the same Haitian system, while we are in the USA. You treat patients like animals, you don't respect when they have appointments. it is not possible for us to do such things. we clearly show that we are not ready to adapt to a lifestyle, you prefer to stay in Haiti's archaic system.
