Made an appointment on the 11 for the 14th and even called ahead a couple days early to confirm when I went in for my appointment they tried to refuse us saying there’s no such appointment made and the blonde receptionist was extremely rude to us insisting that their office doesn’t make mistakes so it not their fault on their side so she blamed it on us even though we called twice and was very rude I have been going there for years I am disgusted that she performed her job with such attitude.
