I was a patient of Dr Mank for several years. To start, he will not attend your appointments nor will he perform your procedures; his ever changing rotation of inexperienced medical residents will do everything for him. At most, he will show up at the end to give you a speech akin to a high school half time pep talk. I have a genetic condition and my insurance is always a problem when it comes to coverage. This man botched a procedure for my grandmother. While we understand things arise in surgery, if they do, admit your mistake, apologize and make it right. This man and his fellows knew what happened, blamed it on something else and sent her away knowing what they did. DO NOT TRUST HIM.
