I have been seeing Dr.achen for 7 or 8 years and I never want another primary Dr. I love Dr. Machens attitude, personality and knowledge as a Dr. If I have to wait a little longer on a Dr. I understand they are in demand therefore they must be a good dr.
Best Doctor I've ever had. Even called to check on me a couple days after my visit.
Dr. Machen has been our family dr. for over 30 years. He cares and takes time with each patient. He has twice saved the lives of family members.....if that doesn't deserve a 5 star rating and a God bless, nothing does.
Love Dr. MIKE. My family has been using him since 1987and not once have I had a problem!
I like his personality very much. I am confident in his medical advise. I approve of his expereance.
Arrived 15min before scheduled appt waited in lobby 1 hr.and 30 min while noticing people arriving after us was being seen..when bringing this to the receptionist there was no apology or explanation only telling me to goto next window down hall to check in and have a seat..we cont.to sit in the lobby with no one else waiting for another hour not hearing a word from anyone with receptionists'laughing carrying on conversations directly in front of us.(daughter was very sick)and never seen
