Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Jerry and Jeff.
Dr. Jerry replaced my left knee in 2017. The surgery seemed to help for a short time. I had a left knee revision (another total replacement) 2 years later in 2019. A short time later, Jeff drained a lot of blood off my knee and accused me of "doing something to it". I had no reason to lie. Nobody looked at it or xrayed it to see what was wrong or why there was blood in my knee. That was the last time I was seen at that office. Fast forward six years. Dr Jerry is a fine Dr... Jeffrey Dent was absolutely exceptional. He is the reason I continued to seek treatment at Jerry Orthopedic. Synergy has taken it over and ruined it. Calling for an appt is a nightmare because you are not calling the Port Huron office. Those people are incompetent. Now that Jeffrey has left. Im done with this office. I loved the Port Huron staff. They were always kind and gave excellent service. I will miss them. But Synergy is clearly in it for the money and if their office staff is knowingly this b... read more
