I left my last appointment with tears of gratitude. From the very beginning of breaking my ankle I was treated by Dr. Randall and her team as if I were a family member. She did a beautiful job on my surgery and stitches. My recovery has been fast and even when I come in with a list of questions. She answers them all and doesn’t rush me out. Overheard the receptionists talking negative about my wife.
Great doctors. Worst staff ever. And when I asked to confirm an appointment she only took my name number and date of birth and hung up.
Excellent Doctor that my problem wasn’t my hips at all it was my back. He sent me to Beaumont where the back Doctors are. I had my back surgery and I’m doing better! If it wasn’t for Doctor Jerry I wouldn’t be doing this good. Even though my back is still going to be giving me problems. I’m better than I was.
