I'VE CALLED THIS OFFICE TWICE TODAY WANTING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I SPOKE TO SOMEONE NAMED DEE, WHO WAS VERY RUDE , AND ACTED AS IF EVERYTHING WAS PROTOCOL. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH AN OFFICE MANAGER AND WAS ASK IF I WANTED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I THEN EXPLAINED I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THE COULDN'T AND THEN WAS HUNG UP ON. AS AN MEDICAL EMPLOYEE I HAVE NEVER BEING SO DISGUSTED WITH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM .
