IMPOSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Even with a PPO plan they require a referral and even if you have a referral they require 48hrs after receiving the referral to “review notes” before they call you to schedule something. You’ll have way better luck with any other ENT in the area.
One of the best doctors I've seen in years. Excellent service and professional staff. The front office was kind and efficient. Dr Franklin and his nurse were wonderful and caring. Both highly skilled and took the needed time to address my symptoms, questions and provide "get well" information. I will be recommending this office to everyone who needs an ENT doctor.
Nurse scoped me within first 2 minutes in the room. Dr. Franklin then quickly and incorrectly diagnosed my condition. Given meds I don't need that actually made my condition worse. No concern and no call for the three-month follow up appt. Glad I went somewhere else for a second opinion. This Dr. is coasting and banking on the numbers here in NB. Not quality care.
At 20 months old our son finally got tubes in his ears. It was a long journey of waiting for the next ear infection to happen, waiting for a doctor's appointment (with a different ENT), rescheduling that appointment due to illnesses, and then having to find a new doctor due to an insurance change. Dr. Franklin's team was able to get us in very quickly compared to our last experience, and to our surprise, was able to schedule the surgery just one week later. I had a recent procedure and didn’t have any issues. Everyone was very kind and things happened quickly. Dr Franklin was pleasant and as far as I can tell this far did a great job. Only a week out. The office checked in often and also made sure all questions were answered. Sounds like a few snowflakes may not have had their coffee. Mark B.
