I haven't liked this office since my first visit! I always have to wait 20+ minutes past my appt time to be seen. When you go to sign in no one will even bother to greet you or heaven forbid smile. I think out of 4 appt's I have seen the dr for a total of 5 minutes and felt like I was interfering with her time. Any time you call they seem really put off to help you. Overall, I am not a fan! I will be transferring soon!
The office runs very poorly. It seems timing is an issue and it takes more than 2 phone calls to get your questions answered, prescriptions called in and also their surgery staff is horrible at returning your calls or even when they say they will call back. As far as the doctors..it's so frustrating with the front desk and staff, it's not worth the trouble to see the doctor at that point. It's not worth your time.
