Dr Congdon is amazing, it’s the support staff that ruined it
Dr Congdon and his staff are a caring, professional group. I am never disappointed with the care I receive here.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. Upon informing the nurse of my OCD diagnosis, she told me “all of America has OCD except for her roommate because she’s messy.” I went in for an EKG because I’ve been having chest pains and arm tingling. Dr. Congdon asked me to have blood work and then have it again after 2 weeks without caffeine. When I told him I don’t drink caffeine, he made me list off everything I drink and didn’t believe me when I told him I only drink water. He then asked me if I wanted a psychiatr... read more
I've been a patient for a couple of years and have seen a few diff providers. But when I met Danielle Wooley, NP I knew I'd be in good hands. Dr Congdon is also great. Just hard to see, he's a busy man. I only gave a 4 star due to communication issues, re: RX refills, messages given to my providers and faxes not being completed by staff. The Office Admin position is very important role, and patients depend on them as much as the providers.
