Dr. Glass was o.k. however, customer service at this office is terrible! I had a root canal done at this location by another endodontist. They called my insurance carrier prior to treatment and informed me of the amount I would have to pay. I paid in full at the time of my visit. I Returned to the office a few days after having the root canal with increased swelling. I was seen by Dr. Glass. He informed me that his associate should not have done the procedure, as it would not help, due to the amount of decay in the root! The... read more
Dr. Dietz and his staff were very client-friendly. The procedure was expedient, professional and literally pain free.
I have had two root canals done by Dr. Glass. He is one of the top endodontists in the Detroit Metro area. His staff is excellent. He has top notch diagnostic equipment. And, he is a very pleasant man on top of all that. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a root canal.
Extremely caring and gentle doctor. I saw Dr. Botvinick on the same day my dentist discovered the problem. I was in extreme pain and it was taken care of. He also sat down and talked with me explaining exactly what he was going to do and how I would feel during and after the procedure. I was provided with verbal and written instructions on after care as well as a chap stick!! The office staff was also very pleasant and helpful.
I had a root canal peformed by Dr Dietz and was very happy with the outcome. I was able to go back to work right after. The entire process was painless and everyone there was very professional and kind. I wouldn't go see anyone else in the future. He and his team are highly recommended.
Dr Dietz treated an abcessed area in my upper jaw, a result of an auto accident in 1985. He was very professional, and the infection cleared up as a result of his work.
I had an emergency root canal at this clinic. I was rushed in for an unscheduled appointment and seen within 30 minutes, although the clinic was clearly busy. The facilities and equipment were excellent and made for a pleasant and stress free experience. The procedure was completed calmy and very speedily with no discomfort or pain.
