If I could give no stars, I would! My daughter has had issues with her tonsils for years, strep every couple of months. Took her to ‘Dr’ Bart 2 months ago and he said she has allergies. Allergy test was completely negative for everything. She got sick again and I took her in yesterday, and he kept going on that she had allergies but we couldn’t test for food allergies. No, no, no. I do not recommend him. We needed an EN&T Dr. for my daughter. In July 2015 Dr Bart surgically removed her tonsils. By June 2016 she was having the same problems again. Went to a different EN&T and found out Dr. Bart did not remove all her tonsils. So, she had to have another surgery! I called and asked him to refund my out of pocket costs for the first surgery. He refused. He was not compassionate or caring at all!
