My last visit was better than all of the other in-office visit. I have a problem with two things: 1 - you have to wait in the procedure room for an excessive amount of time before the provider comes in; 2-they don't electronically order bloodwork, they hand you a paper. This is like from the 1800s. Everyone electronically orders blood tests online. I also miss televisits but they said insurance doesn't pay for them anymore. I have been to both of his offices. Never met the Doctor.. He keeps on canceling appointments. I met with either a PA or nurse assistant. I have cancer in my prostate. All I wanted is to discuss what I should do and make some recommendations on what to do next. The office just sent me another text message that he is canceling again. So disappointed with the health care they have given me.
For over over 15 years, Dr. Patsias and his medical staff have provided me with outstanding care in a personable fashion. I have always felt well cared for.
I did not see Dr. Patsias, but his PA and Nurse Paula. The PA was super nice, explained everything to me and called in medication. She is a very caring person. Nurse Paula was also there, she is most caring and friendly, very patient oriented and helpful. I have an appointment with Dr. Patsias on February 20th. Everybody working in Dr. Patsias' office is very, very nice and Dr. Patsias is a great doctor, who helped me so much with the bladder cancer I have.
