Dr.Vagujhelyi performed my colonoscopy yesterday, it was my third one. My two previous doctors were fantastic. However, I was not at all impressed with "Dr. V". Before my procedure he very briefly spoke to me but I felt he was anxious to say whatever he was going to say and rushed through it, with no (for lack of a better word) warmth at all. Dr. Vagujhelyi had poor bedside manner, and the office staff wasn’t much better. Office seems disorganized and poorly run, lack of knowledge and lots of misinformation communicated as far as insurance & billing and the costs of the bill to me out of pocket. Many phone calls between them and my insurance company to get it all straightened out, and the office staff had completely the wrong information. Very frustrating.
