This man is so rude and disrespectful to his patients. My close family members have went to him and after going with them to their doctors appointment I will never allow them to be talked down to and disrespected again by this man. He should be forced to go through retraining on proper bedside manners. I highly recommend looking into another doctor
After hearing how poorly he treated my family I am absolutely disgusted with this doctor. It takes very little bit of effort to show compassion and that is something this doctor does not do. After hearing how my family was treated please listen to me. Find someone else. When you or a loved one is in a vulnerable health crisis you expect professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, doctors. This is not the guy for the job
The person that answers the phone in the Toledo office is HORRIBLE. The Dr himself is fine. I've had a bad experience everytime I have talked to his front desk person. I don't know if that's his wife but she treats people extremely poorly! First I called to try and get switched to a doctor closer to my home because it's a 45 min drive from where I live now and she told me I was not aloud to switch doctors. My sister works for mercy health care and she told me that was not true and that I have freedom of choice of my doctor. ... read more
