Dr. Frangieh has been my opthalmologist for over 5 years. He is caring, pleasant to discuss eye care and has been a wonderful doctor. I cannot understand anyone who would say otherwise. The staff in the Norfolk office is amazing! So kind.
I was a new patient to the practice. He came in did not greet me or introduce himself. Went to the computer and said you have astigmatism in both eyes. when asked to explain he rudely responded " I'll talk when I'm done with this report." He finished told me I needed progressives and walked out of the room. Very rude. Unprofessional. Dismissive.
My experience so far has been excellent. I just have a question about my new glasses is it normal for them to slip on my nose? Also, what is my prescription strength? Heather lumbra I can be reached at heatherlumbra2002@yahoo.com
