I've been seeing Dr. Bernardo for many years and he is everything you'd want in a doctor-smart, listens, cares, doesn't rush, and is friendly. The staff is friendly. One downside is it's hard to get in sometimes because he teaches part time but I've gotten in quickly occassionally. They are good about answering questions by phone and in the app and returning calls.
Dr Bernardo is an excellent Dr. The reason for 3 stars is the unprofessionalism and lack of compassion from his office staff. They are so rude and hard to deal with, especially when you aren’t feeling well. I understand that dealing with the public can be trying, but if you dedicate your life to serving others in the healthcare profession you need to be a little kinder to patients. Dr Bernardo has been wonderful but often difficult to get in to see without an appt a long time out.
