Dr. Groff has diagnosed several health issues when previous doctors couldn't, including a rare disorder. I totally trust his opinion and he always finds ansers.
I've been seeing Dr. Groff for years. I like him He listens and addresses all questions. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. He did have a problem with some of his staff for a while, but he seems to have fixed it. The staff he has now are all very nice and do their jobs.
Very friendly and talks to you, not at you. Staff is also very nice and pleasant.
I understand that this is a doctor's office, but the customer service is seriously lacking. They refused to see my son who has an injury to his hand because I said that he may have hurt it at work. They said they didn't see worker's comp cases. I explained this was not a worker's comp. situation that we simply needed to know what was wrong with him. A MEDICAL DOCTOR REFUSED TO SEE A PATIENT...
