Dr Flinn is very professional and can’t wait to go back!
I have had two appts at the office in the last week. The front desk ladies are awesome! I only know one of their names, Morgan. The technicians who did my radiology were the best, April and LeAnn!! Beautiful offices, staff were very professional and personable. They were also very well connected with my referring PCP Dr. Pagliarulo. Dr Flinn, LeAnn and another lady, did a very successful procedure on my knee today. As a healthcare professional myself, this clinic is first class! Best practices.
I had to make a second trip for ultrasounds all because the front desk staff had the wrong Medicare number and did not bother to look it up in the Medicare system. The number was off by one number. Also, the young white female desk attendant is not wearing a mask. She was ask about her mask by other patients and she still didn't put one on.
Make sure you bring your forms as paper copies! I only had mine on my phone and the front staff wouldn't take it. Found out later from my doctor, that he had already faxed the form in, but the front staff didn't even bother to check. Now I have to make another trip for my X-ray. Ugh.
