This doctor was recommended as my daughter was very ill. We have been to another doctor and to the ER, before someone recommended for us to see him. Not once did he actually speak to me, he only spoke to my husband. When I communicated my concerns and was trying to give him the background on what the previous doctor and the hospital doctor had said and done, he spoke (only to my husband) like I didn't know what I was talking about and that the other doctors were 'idiots'. I've been struggling with medical issues since October of 2023. The only person who was able to solve my issues and did not try to scam us for money or try to gaslight me was this man right here. He is a godsend of doctors and I love him to his very core. He is so very kind and understanding! My wife set up an appointment last week and they informed her that they do in fact take our insurance, only for her to drive her and my babies up there and be denied the insurance. They seem very unorganized and very unprofessional.
One of the best pediatrician's out there.
Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers.
