Your office staff is the RUDEST people I have ever had to deal with!!!!!!!!! If you want payment for services rendered then send it to the right insurance! Or code the bill right!!!! Your office staff wont even listen. FRUSTRATING!!!!
My experience was nothing short of a circus. I had been told by my GP to see a pulmonary specialist and I chose Dr Gilligan because he had worked with my father when he was on vent before he died. Needless to say I owe a lot of money to the hosp and this doctor, due to deductibles and I go no answers. I now have to go to another pulmonary specialist and am praying that I get answers there...not good. not good at all. :(
