Had nothing but good experiences until last week. Showed up for my appointment and the office was closed. I’ve called, text, emailed every day since then and still haven’t heard back. I hope everything is okay, but no have no idea what to do since I started my Invisalign and this office has ceased all communication. Not sure if everyone is receiving the same treatment.
I’m 78 years old and have lived on the Upper West Side a long time, so I’ve been to plenty of dentists over the years. My visit to Dr. Psaltis’s office was a letdown. The cleaning felt rushed and wasn’t really explained, which made me uneasy. What bothered me even more was the way he spoke to his staff—very dismissive, not the kind of respect I expect to see in a professional office. At my age, I value a comfortable environment, and I didn’t get that here.
I love this dentist! Super friendly and funny guy, definitely not running scams and making up fake cavities or trying to sell unnecessary braces or whitening. Probably the best dentist I've ever gone to. I unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere for two reasons 1) See attached screenshot. My appointment was cancelled 2 hours beforehand with no warning, even after I'd confirmed it the previous day. They didn't answer the phones, didn't reply to my texts or voicemails, and just weren't there when I showed up at 9am.... read more
I call because I was in pain. Was able to get a last minute appointment service was great…
Place is great and Dr.Psaltis is patient and wonderful. Great atmosphere and experience overall.
