Felt rushed during the last appointment. Tried to call this office a lot of times for at least 6 MONTHS! for a follow-up regarding my insurance's requirement, let me tell you, calls were TOTALLY IGNORED. Clearly a disregard for patient's basic needs. Now, I cannot complete my claim and I can't even use my machine properly due to worn out accessories.
Dr Philteos and his team are absolutely wonderful. I go there for my mom and always it has been a 5/5 experience with them. The level of care, understanding and compassion they demonstrate is absolutely fantastic.
The doctor is very approachable. Easy to talk to. He did the appropriate testing for me. Discovered I have sleep apnea and even noticed fullness in my neck to check my thyroid. Would recommend him.
